The Splash comes with independent front swivel wheels for easy maneuvering. It has skid – resistant friction pads on the base for added safety. Product specs are 27L X 23.5W X 21H (inches) and it weighs 10.5 lbs. Please note for walkers that convert to activity center can have upto 24 months age range. For JUST walker function, it should be upto 12 months
