Comfortable BUT Smaller Than Described

This is my first purchase from Hulala Home. I was concerned about the color not working, but the sage green has enough blue tones in it that it works well with the sea foam color in my decor. After assembling the chair, I noticed that it looked much smaller than the recliner I had ordered it to replace. Instead of the stated width of 30.5", the Alina chair I received is about 26.5" wide; and instead of the stated depth of 37", the one I received is only about 27.5" wide. Bed Bath and Beyond Customer Service was very responsive and helpful with options. As a result of that, and because the chair is a good color match and comfortable to sit in, I have decided to keep it despite it being smaller than described and smaller scale than the other seating in my room. There is also an indentation in the leather-match upholstery on the chair's removable right wing. After deciding to keep the chair instead of returning it, I phoned Hulala Customer Service. They required photos and a detailed description of the inaccurate measurements and the upholstery defect, all of which I have provided. As of this writing, they are deciding whether or not they will replace the defective part. Their response and the chair's durability will ultimately determine whether or not I will purchase from them again or recommend Hulala and their products to others.

It was easy to put together. I did it by myself. It looks beautiful and fits nicely, 5'6". It is a smaller chair, not great for big and tall. It is comfortable. The only con is it is tricky/ difficult to get the foot rest to latch when coming down from reclining.
