The crib itself is beautiful! It is finally ready for Olivia Kate! The 1st crib we ordered arrived and when we went to put it together it was broken. I called Overstock and they sent me a replacement crib. When we opened the new one....it was broken! In a different place and because we still had the other broken one, we were able to swap out parts. The front of the changing table has a gouge on it. Neither box came with instructions. My husband had to look them up online. It took approximately 2 hours to put it together. I will say the customer care agent I spoke with when I received the first broken crib was stellar! I cannot say enough about her. She was top notch! She was very sweet and compassionate and had our replacement crib sent out very quickly. We also purchased a the bedding from Overstock and love it too! We threw it together for the pictures.
