Dreambaby Ava 29.5" - 40" Baby Gate for Stairs and Doorways

Bought this a couple days ago and love it so far! Love the door and everything about it!

Love the gate, really thought it came with two extensions but this one only has one. Otherwise great product!

I love this gate to keep my fur baby out of rooms.

Metal frame is much nicer feeling than wood and plastic types of gates. The one handed operation of the gate is ideal for any parent with their arms full with baby or baby things. Love that I do not have to constantly take up and put the gate back up for high traffic pathways in my house. Door will stay open if pushed open all the way which is nice when baby is not around. Gate operation is also very quiet - a great quality when trying to be quiet during baby's naps. Very happy with price and quality of product.

I love this gate. Perfect to keep my chihuahua from trying to go upstairs.

Bought this today and need one extension to fit stairs. I like the locking feature and very easy to put together. I love simple.

This gate was easy to install and use. I needed something to keep my big dogs from barreling out of the storm door. The gate has kept my two 50+ lbs pit bulls inside with no issues. Since the gate has a swivel door I can easily pass through it making it very convenient.

I have used a lot of the wooden baby gate's and they have always been a pain in the butt. I have to say the dreambaby security gate is a really good on. It's metal and look's good in any door you put it in. It can fir from 29.5 to 36.5 inches.. it's really easy to install. It come's with 2-3.5 extensions for a little bit bigger door. it's 30 inches tall, so you don't have to worry about them climbing over. it has 2 lock's one you slide first and then the other one you pick it up and it come's right open... it's really easy to install. first measure the door you want to put it in so you know if you need the extensions or not then just attach the mounting cup's to the wall with the double sided adhesive tape. Then insert the tension knobs into the gate frame and turn to tighten the tension knobs until its securely in place.. it can open up either way.. It's made really strong.. I use it for keeping my dog's in my bedroom when company comes over and I can keep my grand babies out of my room. you can use it in any room you have and can even be used at the top of the stair.... It didnt take me no time at all to install it..

This gate was really easy to install in our kitchen/family room doorway. I like that you don't have to take the whole gate down to go through the doorway. It has a center area that opens independently of the rest of the gate allowing you to leave the frame in place all of the time. It stays firmly in place even when pushed on by a toddler trying to get through leaving you the peace of mind they are safe where you want them. The gate is very nice looking too and doesn't stand out against your home decor.

I bought this gate a little while ago and it has helped so much. It helps keep my daughter in and also helps keeping pets out of the part of my house with all the carpet. The gate was very easy to install. It comes with attachments if your opening is larger than a regular size doorway. There was one problem I had. The door part of the gate is held on with a little screw and it kept falling out and so the door could easily come off. I was able to fix the hole so it didn't fall off anymore and the gate works great now.

I have recently put up the Ava 29.5" - 36.5" Security Gate at the top of my stairwell to prevent my baby from falling down the stairs. I choose this Security Gate vs the wooden ones you see in many peoples homes because they are much more secure and wont push out of place with applied pressure. The security gate went into place nice and easily without any fuss and hasn't budged since being put up. I have brought loads of laundry up and down the stairs and of course me being slightly clumsy have bumped the gate almost everytime and it still stands strong and intact! My child and large dog have also bumped into it quite a bit and nothing! The gate is very secure and I feel secure turning my back for a moment knowing that my baby is safe from the stairwell! The security gate door opens in both directions making it even more convenient. The latch to open the gate takes some good mind reasoning to open (for a child), so I know my son will be old enough to know better on how to act around the stairwell by time he is able to figure out how to open the latch on the gate. I would definitely recommend this Security Gate to anyone with a small child, it's a sturdy peace of mind product that's well worth it!

We have an 18 month toddler who is growing each day. Thank heavens for this tall gate. It keeps him separated from the bedrooms of our home, and the part of the house where the cats stay. It has worked like a charm and I would definitely purchase it again. We've purchased other gates in the past that have been flimsy, hard to install, but didn't have any issues with this one. We'll be purchasing another soon. Even when the baby is romping around the living room where he stays, he can bump into it, and it doesn't budge. He's already near 25 pounds, so I know this gate would work great for kids as well as pets!

WE GOT THIS GATE TO REPLACE ONE THAT WAS GIVEN TO US. IT IS CURRENTLY BEING USED TO KEEP OUR DOG AND TODDLER OUT OF TROUBLE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME. IT WAS EXTREMELY EASY TO INSTALL, LOOKS GREAT, EXTREMELY STURDY EVEN WITH THE LITTLE EXPLORER TANTRUM. EASY TO OPEN AND CLOSE, NO MORE TRIPPING TRYING TO CLIMB OVER OUR OLD GATE.

This is a nicely designed gate. Our daughter wants to crawl a lot, and this gate helps us in avoiding any kind of accident with her trying to climb down the stairs. Nice product.

The gate itself is great for pet and kids or whatever you might want to put it up for. It does take a little getting used to and at first it was a little tough opening but once we used it a little more is became easier to open. The 4 stars came from the installation process which was a headache. The directions were hard to follow with the pictures. Once I finally finished it look and worked great while doing its job.

i picked this up to keep my dogs out of my office and after looking at many gates, this one was made from a strong metal and is very sturdy, has little caps that screw to your doorway then the gate locks into them so that it can not be pushed threw like the other one i had, very solid gate and is doing a great job at keeping my husky out of my office, i would recommend it to anyone looking for a strong,sturdy gate.
