Dreambaby Paintable CoverPlug, 2 Pack, White

This idea for baby proofing the house is great, but the execution was a little problematic. I didn't need to paint the covers and the sleek look it gave the wall outlets looks great but they don't seem to be able to stay in place. I tried them in different outlets around the house just to make sure that it wasn't a particular one that was the issue, but the covers just didn't fit and I was not able to keep them on for an extended period of time. It was a bummer because I do love the sleek look and the idea is great but I wish they would've stayed on longer.

My two year old is getting interested in the outlets in the house. These are great because they protect him from messing with them and I like how you can paint them to match your walls!

The Dreambaby paintable coverplug is very easy to use. The outside of the plastic feeling cover is a little rough which helped the paint stick to it. The back side of the cover has two plastic prongs that plug into each ground spot when you have a double plug in. I only tried it on a vertical plug in so I'm not sure how a horizontal side by side plug in would work. As expected, it is difficult for a child to pull off. My 7 year old had difficulty pulling it off and I used a flat head screwdriver to pull it up evenly so I didn't break the prongs off inside the electrical plug in. It doesn't feel flimsy but it isn't a hard plastic so I wouldn't test it too much. It paints easily and hasn't had the paint chip off. Overall, the plug in works as expected with baby/child proofing a home.

The dreambaby outlet cover does the job! It covers the entire outlet which is much easier than the individual covers for each outlet. I did paint the cover to see if it really stayed on and it does! I would recommend this product again and again!

This is the first safety cover for my outlets that my son could not take out! I was super frustrated and scared until I purchased this product! Now I have a peace of mind knowing he can't get it off. I've told my friends and family about it too! If you care about your kids safety please purchase this product! Will definitely purchase as babyshower gifts from now on!
