Graco Sense2Snooze Bassinet with Cry Detection Technology, Ellison

Just went to put our 4 month old in it and it will not turn on. Checked the wall connection and verified that there was power at that outlet. Verified that connection at the bassinet was secure and still no power.

Started making a loud noise while rocking and the vibration mode stopped after approximately 6-8 weeks. Contacted graco to fix under warranty and they replaced the base-which fixed the rocking for a short amount of time, but now after using for another month the loud noises have started again. The vibration was never fixed through the warranty process, which is extremely disappointing. When it worked properly my baby loved it.

Love that this bassinet rocks and vibrates, my baby loved it. Unfortunately the Cry Detection feature has never worked right. It just goes off randomly, even when the room is silent and there's no baby in the bassinet. I had to turn it of because it would actually go off when my baby was sleeping soundly and would WAKE him. No thanks. Would be great if Cry Detection actually worked.

Suddenly stopped working. Not sure why but very upsetting and right before baby bedtime :(

This worked great…. Until it suddenly stopped working entirely. Not worth the price for the limited time that we had to use it.

Cycle through cry detection when the house is quiet

Baby loves it!! Exactly as described and works great!! So glad we choose this bassinet! Highly recommend.! Baby slept through the night starting around 6 weeks and it's been amazing!

It was nice until it started clicking loudly and the vibrate function stopped working.

How do you reset to factory settings? I turned on parent mode and now my bassinet won't rock anymore. Have tried everything!

I was gifted this bassinet and thought it was a great product until it stopped working. None of the functions work and we are so bummed the baby didn't get to use it.

Don't waste your money on this P0S bassinet, my child made a mess in it and it's impossible to take apart and clean where they made the mess. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND. Graco doesn't make it possible to take netting off for proper cleaning.

I was gifted this 2 years ago for our first baby. It worked pretty well but we had a big baby and he outgrew it in 2 months. I kept for second baby and when I pulled it out of storage (inside the house) it no longer works. At this price, it should last over 2 months

I bought this for my second born and it was a God send. I'm using it for my 3rd baby but the vibration settings stopped working. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done about it? Or if it can be reset?

I received this as gift for my baby born on September 21st, it hasn't even been 3 months yet of using the bassinet and it just stopped working out of nowhere. Really disappointing considering the price point and we had loved this product up until this point.

I love this bassinet but it could use an upgrade. The 3 speeds are perfect and my son loves to rock at top speed! I'm not a fan of all the sounds especially when the cry detector comes on, but I adjust the volume and it is ok. Just don't use the cry detection at night or the sounds wake the baby up even more. I love the mesh sides and it's a good height for my bed. However there is no handle to pull so have to get underneath to move it. My only complaint after 3 months is that our vibration feature quit working. I heard the motor give out in the middle of the night and I can't get it to go back on. Overall I really like this bassinet, but for the price I feel like it should work longer and have a better motor.

Great in theory, but this bassinet could use some better features. The response to our baby crying is great, but it moves on to a new option way too quickly if she hasn't stopped crying before she can get used to one which often wakes her up completely. The buttons are way too loud and I wish were soft touch because clicking the buttons every time you turn it on to get to the right setting is nerve wrecking after you transfer the baby to the bassinet. There's nothing that keeps baby in place so if they're wiggly in their sleep and the rocking motion is on, she ends up pushed against the bottom of the bassinet. The rocking is also way too fast for a new newborn in my opinion. It came dangerously close to looking like it would cause shaken baby syndrome. There are several settings that do work really well and our baby likes. For the price we paid (I think we got 20% off), it works good enough. But I wouldn't pay full price for this and would otherwise probably choose a different brand. I know some are much too expensive though which is why we went with this one initially.

Graco Sense2Snooze Bassinet rocking is great but it randomly turns the sound on and the vibration just stopped working. Baby loved the vibration too.

Good product overall. It rocks my little one right yo sleep. The music and Sounds are nice too! Although I would skip over "Rock a bye baby" after learning the horrible history of that song. The only issue I had with regards to functionality was that the canopy constantly collapses. I thought it was maybe sliding out of the connectors, but that wasn't the case. It just randomly collapses. I guess something in the tension was off.

It was working great and then the power just stopped working, even with replacing the AC adapter.
