When I first received my chair, it had two right arms. Notified BB&B. Their customer service was great! They sent me an e-mail and rectified the problem! Great customer service department! Now that I have my entire chair, it is firm, but comfortable. I am 5'11" which might be a little too tall, for those that want a chair that supports their heels when reclined. If you are frail, you might need help setting up the chair, but it is easy for a person of average strength. I would recommend the chair and will be purchasing from BB&B in the future due to their superior customer service!

I bought this for my husband to replace one he had for a couple of years. He has very bad back issues and always worried about buying online, but he loved the chair it is a good size and very comfortable, He loves the usb built in and the big side pockets to put the remote and headset.

Comfortable chair for a smaller person. Easy to assemble. Seat is not deep enough to allow you to melt into the chair. Foot support does not lock into place so it moves down slightly when you test your feet on it. Fair value for the money hit I guess you get what you pay for.

This Recliner is amazing. Only thing that I would say is that you do have to put pressure using your head & legs to keep the rocker reclined. Or maybe I just haven't found a way to lock it?

Nice rich brown color. Love the cup holders! It would have gotten 5 stars if I didn't have ato assemble it. (Main problem with buying on-line) Hard to pull lever cord in chair and afraid it might break to raise feet slightly. Can not recline fully and difficult to get in and out of chair.

Not very comfortable the seat is cut short and the side feels as if the chair will tilt over if you lean to reach for something.
