Avenue Greene Samuel Kids Large Toy Storage Bookcase

Product looks sturdy. Max weight on some of the shelves is 25lbs. I wish it was a little more, but it is what it is. Most of the directions were self explanatory. There were a few steps they should have invested more pictures or words.

Honestly would give it five stars….but the god awful cardboard back paneling on the product is worth a two star reduction. Nothing like blindly firing nails into OSB to finish off a project!…just provide a solid back with the metal grommets to secure and this thing is bullet proof.

I was initially worried that this shelf will not be sturdy and might fall on my child. But after setup, I was surprised at how heavy and well designed it is.

We bought this bookcase for our granddaughter, it is perfect for her! Holds all her books and some toys. It did take two of us to get it put together, but follow the directions, have the recommended tools and it will go together perfectly.

Perfect for toy and book storage for our son's room. I wanted storage without the look of a toy chest and this was perfect. Sturdy and looks like a nice piece of furniture.

It is a cute design. Maybe a little difficult to assemble as I made a few mistakes in the assembly direction.

Perfect for my grandson's books, large and small toys. The pockets are large and deep. The shelf is sturdy. The directions were slightly challenging as they were mostly pict-o-grams.

These bookcases are terriffic - the navy is a nice rich color. They do scratch fairly easily though. The screwdriver slipped off one of the screwheads and scratched the side.

The bookcase is beautiful and was eas to assemble!

This bookcase is great. Very nice looking. Definitely was good to have a second person to help put together.

Exactly as pictured. Very pretty. Holds so much stuff!! Had a 9 cube storage bin before this and this one holds more. Love that the cubes fit in it!!

It suits the need I had - an inexpensive storage unit for my son's small bedroom. It was relatively simple to put together. I mostly did it by myself with a little help from my older son and husband when I needed an extra pair of hands to hold or stabilize something. I was disappointed that the back piece is just flimsy cardboard. It also didn't line up exactly right to be able to put the nails through into the back of the structure, which caused me to split one of the shelves at the back. Luckily it is not too noticeable since the shelf is blue and the blemish is at the back.

A little tricky to put together but once you figure out the orientation it's quick. Once assembled, it's really nice! I recommend it for sure.

Great shelf, especially for the price. It is a good size and fits all of my child's books and many stuffed animals.
