I purchased this rocking chair & ottoman set as a gift for my niece baby shower. She simply adore this set. She said, "It's very comfortable and that she always wanted one. It's stylish and comfortable, it adds to the beautiful nursery they created.

worst chair ever....all screws broke off after only a three weeks.....snaps on armcovers do not match up....could not fine my receipt or would have returned immediately.....worst purchase ever.

It was a Christmas for 2021 -- basically ten days ago. It's already splitting apart in two places along the back where the arms attach to the back of the chair. Weight limit says 400 pound, but apparently 180pounds is too heavy. Company is difficult to process a return. Doesn't keep good records, and has confusing communication via email: send pics, then the response is we don't have any information with that name? It's under the same name via email & account & even email address. I'll report back, if they EVER process the return for the defective & poor quality chair. Very disappointing that Overstock would represent such a poor quality item.
