Accidental damage such as breaks and drops

This plan provides coverage for accidental damage such as rips, tears and stains. Plans are effective from the day your furniture is delivered.

If your furniture can be returned, your plan may be eligible for a refund. Please check with your merchant and see terms and conditions for details.

When filing a claim with Extend, you will simply need to provide either your contract ID, email address or another identifying piece of information. We will follow up if additional information and photos are needed.

How do I file a claim?

Your product is protected in case of accidental damage such as breakage for the term of your Extend Product Protection. And if your Extend term is longer than the manufacturer’s warranty, this also covers mechanical failures after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. This does not cover theft or damage caused by abuse or misuse. Product replacement or settlement (up to the limit of liability) will fulfill our obligation on your covered product. You can find more details in the Terms and Conditions below.
