Max and Lily Farmhouse Twin Loft Bed with 1 Drawer

Nice sturdy bed. Took my husband and I around 2.5 hours to put together. My daughter absolutely LOVES this bed! She's having so much fun play in the clubhouse area below. We got LED lights for underneath the bed. Note: If you're getting a memory foam mattress you'll need to buy a bed Bunkie so the foam doesn't go between the slats.

I bought this for my 7 yr old. He is so happy with it!! The fort/club house under bed is cool & roomy enough for a couple kids. I love the shelf that connects, it's like a night stand for him & I love how safe I feel he is climbing in & out of bed. Even my 11yr old was wishing he had this bed lol

Absolutely one of the coolest beds I could have picked for my son, unfortunately the finish of the wood allows for easy stains. Although it's easy to wipe off, anything oil based will cause discoloration that I still have yet to figure out how to remove.

It took 4 hours to assemble, but it was well worth the good quality, sturdy bed! Using a power drill saved time and energy! Would have been nice if the hardware was better labeled. But, Overall the bed is perfect for my 4 year old. He loves his new bed!

Solid construction. Good for kids with the play area underneath. Read the dimensions carefully. Especially the height of the area underneath. It is lower than we had anticipated. Super cute for kids.

This bed is actually very good quality! I was very surprised because it's inexpensive. My little man got it from Santa this year for Christmas and he is ecstatic! It's a bit lower than I expected so check the dimensions but still happy as can be with this purchase.

Perfect loft bed! I searched and reviewed several loft beds before deciding on this one and I'm so glad I did. It's the perfect height and size, and our five year old loves the fort. It was definitely easier having 2 people to put it together, but it wasn't a terrible process either way and the instructions were clear. This is a solid bed. I truly have no concerns about quality or longevity. If you're considering this bed, you won't be disappointed!

This is such a fun bed for younger kids. It is a little too small for 10 year old to play underneath, but it's a great addition to storage opportunities in their room. Good quality and look super.

I bought two of these for my twin 6 year olds. They absolutely love them and sleep great in them. The play area underneath is a bonus! They are sturdy and made from real wood. They are a great price for the quality.

Purchased this for my 8 yearly son and his friends when they come over to play. It has a lot of parts and pieces. Not hard to assemble, but time consuming. The quality is ok, but for the price and for the few years he will use it before going to a queen bed, it should be fine. He loves it and that is all that matters.

Sturdy, solid wood, not compressed stuff. Easy to assemble and we are very happy with it. Did have a slight paint/finish odor so we let it stand for a few days to off-gas etc but that aside, very happy and our daughter loves it.

We LOVE this bed! We bought it for our son who is almost 2. I was worried about it being too hard for him to navigate but he can use the ladder just fine. The rails are perfect high so I know he's secure in there. The under loft area is great- we hung Christmas lights in there and it's perfect for books or playing. It's actual real wood which I appreciate. The stain did have an odor the first few days out of the box.

The house was made of quality wood and very pleased with how easy it was to put together. My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves it and so does our cat who hangs out in the den underneath. For the price I would recommend, making the bed can be difficult but overall very good.

We got this bed for our 4 year old. He LOVES it. We got a 10' mattress and it gives him good and safe space to sleep and toss. The "cave" under the bed is great, but the ceiling is lower than we thought. He can sit upright with a little to give. Only thing I did not like is the drawer. Inside the "cave" the drawer is open. It is only the outside shelf that forms a top on the drawer. This is like asking kids to jump in and sit there. But the bottom panels are thin and dont take too much jumping. Also my bigger pivot is the one sharp corner of the drawer that points straight into the play/cave area. I think they should encase the drawer fully, and give the kids something to put stuff on top of inside too. Round the corner and it works like a charm. But these are minor details. All in all a GREAT buy.

Really fun and well made bed. The wood doesn't have a finish on it so don't put water cups on the shelf, it will leave rings. My 4 year old loves the bed. It is really sturdy though and can hold bigger kids or adults, in our experience. The underneath space is definitely for smaller kids. It's a tight squeeze under there.
