This bed is unfortunately too wide and does not fit the queen mattress. Mattress slides from side to side. Had to go out and buy a piece of wood and cut to fit. Placed on side of bed rail and now does not slide. It was not what we expected. Ashley's should not sell a queen bed that does not fit a queen mattress. I see another review with same problem. Very unfortunate. Other than misfit bed looks great!

The side rails are 65" wide and the mattress/box spring if 60" wide. This causes the mattress to slide from side to side on the frame. Poor user experience

The bed frame is 4" wider than the box spring and mattress. Therefore the box spring slides over to one side when you get in and out of the bed. Which causes your feet to hit metal rail the next time you get in the bed. Poor design. Now I need to figure out how to keep it from sliding around, any suggestions?

I loved this bed but unfortunately it only lasted 1.5 years. The support posts on the bottom bent inward and do not support the mattress anymore.

I think this is a beautiful bed with poor support beams.
