Materials are made pretty strong. Not to hard to build. My daughter loves it.when all done it is pretty sturdy.

Love this big sturdy swingset. The little love it & the adults love to swing on it. We anchored it well & all can swing without any worries.

Big Brutus is a fantastic swing set- especially for bigger kids. I have a very athletic 9-year-old grandson who has autism. He LOVES to swing and climb. This set is STURDY. He is climbing all over it and it does not move. Assembly was easy. I am a 69-year-old woman and I did all the pre-assembly myself. My son helped me tip it upright and anchor the legs. I don't think I'll ever need to purchase another swing set, but if I do, it will be Big Brutus. Also, thank you, Backyard Discovery, for the tools and extra hardware that come with the set. Great purchase!!

I purchased the Big Brutus swingset which has met every expectation. My grandchildren absolutely love it and I am very pleased with the sturdiness of the swingset. I would definitely recommend it for your children or grandchildren to enjoy.

What a great addition to my grandkids play area! Four of them couldn't hardly wait for it to be anchored down so they could try it out ! It was so easy to assemble my (87 yr old) mom and I (67) got most of it done by ourselves, it was however a relief to see my son drive up in time to help stand it up and adjust it in place and anchor it down. Grandchildren had a blast trying it out ��

I looked for the right swing set for my older grandkids and this fit the bill perfectly! Super easy to assemble for this grandmother (I needed a little help to set it upright). Had it ready to play on in less than two hours. Added bonus is I can do chin ups on the side bar!! Looking forward to my next purchase!

A storm blew away our big play ground! Swinging is therapy and wonderment for our high functioning autistic daughter, so we needed a replacement as soon as possible. Grandma has a BIG BRUTUS too. She ordered one and it was here NEXT DAY!!! UNBELIEVABLE. It took dad a little longer than that to put it up because he had to go to work LOL BUT he also got it done quickly and we've been back in the swing ever since! The wind hasn't messed with BRUTUS! This is the second of 3 sets Grandma has bought. All are super!

I have built/or assembled at least 4 home swing sets. This is easily the best in regards to use and assembly. Super easy to assemble, and very robust and appears to have great quality. The wood ones are not high, and kids grow out of them really quick. If I could go back in time I would just get this one and put a baby swing where the big ones are at. This has great height so more than little kids can use it - I can even swing on it as an adult. Ground anchors are needed and work great - be sure to pull all four out of the tubes before you start assembling. I couldn't find them at the end and had to do some disassembly but it wasn't hard.

This is a really nice and sturdy swing set. Very happy with the purchase.

My four Grandchildren have now been using this swing all summer (and even a few adults). It's their favorite thing to do when they are over. They love being able to swing high without the swing "tipping" like some smaller sets.

I really hate to have to give the Big Brutus Swing Set only three stars. It is actually a five star set for the quality after being assembled. The problem is that five of the poles were bent on one end (think egg shaped) and an egg will not fit into a round hole. Fortunately for me, I have extensive experience with building so I knew how to round out those egg shaped ends so the pieces would fit to together. For someone with no experience at this kind of thing, I think assembly may be very difficult, if not impossible. With better quality control from the manufacturer, this would have been an hour - hour and a half assembly but with the extra work required, it took a full three hours to assemble. Instructions are clear and assembly should have been easy. Granted pieces are large and may be heavy for some, requiring two people. Once assembled, it is a great set. I added a baby swing for my two year old granddaughter and she loves it because the height allows her to swing high. All of the adults in the family have been able swing alongside her. It really is a great, heavy duty set, just be aware the you may receive pieces that will require some adjusting, or replacing in order to properly assemble.

We got rid of our wooden swing set and replaced it with this. Our kids only cared about the swings and didn't need any of the extra stuff. Once our kids got over 50 pounds we realized how hard they swing and the wooden swing set moved too much for our comfort. This set is great and they can swing their hearts out and it doesn't move. My husband and I can even use it

Just set up my Grandkids love it my wife was swinging on it also. Very easy to set up and put together. We dug hole and put the legs in cement to help secure it.

I was looking for a simple but sturdy swing set, which was challenging to find, but this set delivered. Nothing fancy, but it is well-constructed and pretty straightforward to set up given its size (definitely don't try setting this up alone though!), and big enough to grow with my child. I anticipate that this will last a long time.

We bought Big Brutus because our grandkids have gotten older and needed a more sturdier swing where they could swing higher. Brutus was the exact fit for our needs! Adults can swing just like the kids.

I bought this for my kids and they love it. I put it together all by myself, instructions were clear, and hardware is great. You do need a second hand to put all the legs into the top. Love the product hope the screws stay tight we will see.

Bought this for my 6 and 3 year olds and my 9 month old. It's perfect for all of them and will grow with them. It's heavy. Set it up with two people. But once it's up, it is sturdy!
