The playhouse arrived with a damaged box and one board with minor damage. Customer service rectified quickly. Assembly went pretty quick. It took a few hours on a Saturday morning. Our granddaughter loves it! It is the perfect size for her. The attached picnic table is a great addition. A kitchen placemat works perfect for a door mat. She loves it! It's also been decorated for Christmas!

Great play house! Long assembly time!
Great playhouse. My daughter loves it. Only issue I had was with assembly. Box states 3 hour build time with 2 people. I am an aircraft/auto mechanic and my father-in-law is also very handy. It took the 2 of us 10-12 hours to assemble.

Boards were not drilled correctly
It took around six hours to put together, and most of the boards were not drilled correctly so that required more time to fix. The playhouse is cute when done, but I wouldn't recommend buying for this price when the product wasn't perfect.

Nice playset.
Nice playset. It was easy enough to assemble that my 9 year old son helped do almost all. It did take a full day to assemble. The wood can be a little warped so having some muscle to help align some pieces is helpful.

Adorable - Not the best quality, but good enough
I purchased this after reading lots of reviews and understanding what I was buying. It's adorable, takes some time to put together, and while I wouldn't categorize it as "well made" I think it's working great for what we need it for (a playhouse for my toddler that will be used for the next 3-5 years). She loves it, and I love that it's not an eye sore in the backyard. The pieces were all labeled, making it way easier to put together. The table top did arrive damaged, but it was easy to add an extra screw to put it back together. I added a coat of paint and a corrugated metal roof to hopefully make it last a little longer against the elements. We'll see how it holds up but my daughter loves it and the extra features are adorable (mailbox, BBQ, chalkboard, curtains, and table all a big hit).
