If we could give it zero stars, we would. Packaging for shipping was a plastic envelope wrapped around the tent itself, wrapped tightly in tape. You can't not cut it open which then risks cutting the tent. The poles disintegrated as we tried to build it, splitting at the ends. They're not true PVC. The tent material had splits in the seams and continued to split while trying to put it together. The ties used to hold the poles straight against the tent material popped at the stitching seams and broke during install. This looks great in the pictures but is thin, cheap material with fragile support poles. Not worth the cost or challenges of putting it up.
